Beverly G. (Gasper) Fisher

Beverly G. Fisher, 78, of Burnham, formerly of Granville, died at 4:10 a.m. Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at Hershey Medical Center.

Born April 2, 1937 in Burnham she was a daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth (McClellan) Gasper.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by: her son, Roy L. “Mick” Fisher in 1990; a brother, Michael Gasper; and a sister, Barbara Shoemaker.

She is survived by: her husband, whom she married on June 26, 1954, Roy L. Fisher, Sr., of Burnham; her children, Teresa Peachey and husband, Carl, of Belleville, Michael Fisher and wife, Julie, of Granville, Mark Fisher and wife, Kathy, of Lewistown; sisters, Marcia Romig and husband, Paul, of MClure, and Carol Searer and husband, Ronald, of Burnham; six grandchildren, Nathan Peachey, Andy, Tom, Lauren, Nikki and Ashley Fisher; great-grandchildren, Courtney Cole, Destiny Wileman, Dru and Jaxon Speece; Chloe Fisher and Bella Fisher.

Beverly had attended Burnham High School. She was an office manager at Thoman Auto Electric, Lewistown for 25 years and also a driver for J&D’s.

She was a member of Granville United Methodist Church.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5 at Granville U.M.C., 1346 River Road, Granville with Rev.  G. Edward “Ted” Corcelius officiating.

The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. Friday at the church.

In lieu of flowers memorials in Beverly’s name may be made to Granville United Methodist Church, Attn: Memorials, P.O. Box 142 Granville, PA 17029.
