Carol E. Troup, 74, of Burnham, passed away at 6:06 p.m., Thursday, May 11, 2017, at William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Born March 9, 1943, in Harrisburg, she was the only child of the late Philip and Bernice (Hackenberg) Spaid.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles F. Troup, Jr.
She is survived by: her children, Denise A. Cramer and husband, Kenneth, of Harrisburg, Michelle L. Troup, of Lewistown, Jennifer L. Stuter and husband, Ronald E., of Burnham; and four grandchildren, David C. Cramer, Ashley M. Cramer, Chelsea L. Stuter, and Aaron P. Stuter.
Carol graduated from Central Dauphin High School, Class of 1961.
She loved her two kitties and enjoyed gardening and walking her granddogs.
Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
Hoenstine Funeral Home, Inc., 75 Logan St., Lewistown, is in charge of arrangements.
