Etta K. Haubrick, 70, of Lewistown, passed away at 9:52 p.m., Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at William Penn.
Born Sept. 15, 1946, in McClure, Mifflin County, she was a daughter of the late Lester M.J. and Flora (Fernberg) Snook.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, George F. Haubrick, on Aug. 5, 2013; and three brothers, Paul L., William L. and Larry G. Snook.
Etta is survived by: her children, Marlene Haubrick, Brian Haubrick and wife, Cari, both of Lewistown, and Stacy Haubrick and her companion, Charles Parks, of Reedsville; four grandchildren, Brooke, Haden, and Avery Haubrick, of Lewistown, and Sheree Stoner, of Lewistown; and three sisters, Mabel R. Hesser, of Lewistown, Arlene M. Everly, of Newport, and Patsy M. Knepp and husband, Gary, of McClure.
In her earlier years, she was employed at the American Viscose Corporation and at Scotty’s Fashions.
Etta loved spending time with her family and enjoyed reading, playing pinochle and baking.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with Pastor James Connolly officiating.
A viewing will be held from 9:30 to 11 a.m., Saturday, June 10, at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Pleasant View Cemetery, Mattawana.
