Gunner M. Collins, age 3, of Lewistown passed away on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2015 at his home.
Born June 6, 2012 in Wilmington N.C. he was a son of Larry Collins, Jr., of Burnham and Allison Yearick, of Lewistown.
In addition to his parents he is also survived by: a brother, Stone C. M. Collins; maternal grandparents, Patricia and William Yearick, of Reedsville; and paternal grandparents, Debra and Larry Collins, Sr., of Lewistown.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Friday, December 4 at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Inc., Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown with Pastor Randy Traxler officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 – 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
