Jeanne O. Kenepp, 85, a resident of Tel Hai Retirement Community, Honey Brook, and formerly of Reedsville, died at 12:15 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14, 2015 at Tel Hai.
Born Feb. 27, 1930, in McVeytown, she was the daughter of the late Lloyd W. and Ethel (Moist) Kenepp.
Surviving are her brothers, Earl W. Kenepp and wife, Janet, of New Holland, and Paul L. Kenepp and wife, Diana L., of State College.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Donald and Harold Kenepp, and a sister, Audrey Morgan.
Early in life, she was employed at Beacon Loan Office and in customer service at Penelec for 27 years, retiring in 1990.
Jeanne was a member of Spring Run Church of the Brethren, past Worthy Matron Order of Eastern Star 283, a member of White Shrine Galillee and Bethany Shrine, Harrisburg.
Her funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015, at Spring Run Church of the Brethren, 6712 Ferguson Valley Rd., McVeytown, with Pastor Kate Gandy officiating. Interment will be in Spring Run Cemetery.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Heller-Hoenstine Woodlawn Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with an Eastern Star service at 7:45 p.m. and from 9:30 a.m. Saturday until the time of the service at the church.
