Melisa K. Todaro

Melisa K. Todaro, 35, of Lewistown, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 22, 2017.

Born June 24, 1982, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of Jackie L. (Wray) and Bryon Todaro.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by: her companion, Brett Pennebaker; daughters, Kaitlyn and Madisyn Pennebaker; maternal grandparents, Ron and Kay Wray, of McClure; sisters, Rhonda L. Todaro and companion, Chuck Howell, and Kara Kirchoff, all of Lewistown; nieces and nephews, Libbi Howell, Alexis and Noah Kirchoff, Lynsey and Alyza Hlavaty and John Kline III; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by, paternal grandparents, Basil and Nattie Todaro, and a nephew, Tanner Howell.

Melisa was an honors graduate student at Indian Valley High School, Class of 2000 and nursing school, in 2001.

She was a cook at Red’s Diner.

Melisa loved her children very much and was a very active mother with her girls in softball and taking them swimming. She loved her dog, Romo, and was an avid Notre Dame and Cowboys fan. She will be missed dearly, especially seeing her smile.

Viewings will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2017, and from 1 to 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 30, at Heller-Hoen- stine Funeral Homes Inc., Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 30, at the funeral home, with Rev. Kurtis Swisher officiating.

Interment will take place in Maitland Cemetery, Lewistown.
