Rhoda Miller, of Lewistown, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, lost her battle with Alzheimer's on March 17, 2024. She was a devoted Christian, whose faith in God was the cornerstone of her life. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, compassion, resilience, and selflessness. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 66 years, Johnnie Miller; son, Clifford Miller and wife Angie Miller; daughter, Lisa Urban and husband Richard Urban; granddaughter, Morgan Lerch and husband Eric Lerch; brother, Leroy Miller and wife Alice Miller; and sister, Lydia Mae Hostetler and husband Norman Hostetler. Rhoda was preceded in death by her father, Joseph Miller; mother, Malinda Miller; and sister, Edna Schrock.
Rhoda was an active member of the Mattawana Mennonite Church, where a memorial service will be held Saturday, March 23, 2024, at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to honor her memory and celebrate her life. All are invited to partake in a meal to be served in the church basement after the service. There will not be a viewing.
The funeral arrangements are being handled by Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown,
A private burial will be held at the discretion of the family.
