Betty Jane Flaherty, 92, of Cape May, New Jersey, passed away, Tuesday, December 5, 2017.
Born March 30,1925, in Burnham, she was a daughter of the late George T. Stewart, Sr. and Mary (McMullen) Stewart Torpey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by, a brother, George T. Stewart, Jr.
Betty is survived by: her children, Timothy F. Flaherty, of Maryland, Terrence M. Flaherty, of Massachusetts, and Patricia Richardson and husband, Raymond, of New Jersey; four grandchildren; Greg, Matt, Katie, and Kelly.
She worked as an accounting clerk for General Electric and Federated Electronics, in New Jersey.
A viewing will be held, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 9, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at the Maitland Cemetery, Lewistown, with Rev. Randy Traxler officiating.
