Carrie E. Lepley, 59, of Lewistown, passed away at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, May 23, 2017.
Born January 4, 1958, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late James P., Sr. and Betty (Lepley) Royer.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, James P. Royer, Jr.
Carrie is survived by: her sisters, Jamie A. Smith and husband, Charles C., of Lewistown, and Dolores VanHorne and husband, Richard Sr., of Reedsville; nieces and nephews, Eric C. Smith and wife, Jennifer, Tara R. Smith, Richard VanHorne Jr., and Shelby VanHorne; a great-niece, Lisa Smith; and a great-nephew, Zach Smith.
Carrie graduated from Lewistown Area High School, Class of 1976.
Earlier in life, she was employed at Jamesway, Uni-Mart, and lastly, at the Buckell Plastic Company, subsequently acquired by the Rohrer Corporation.
Carrie enjoyed spending time with her family, playing bingo, and going to the casino.
A funeral service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, May 26, 2017 at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with Reverend John Walters officiating.
A viewing will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service, Friday, May 26, at the funeral home.
Interment will take place in Lind Memorial Cemetery, Lewistown.
