Isabelle Q. (Norris) Young

Isabelle Q. Young, 92, of Lewistown, passed away at 6:43 p.m., Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Born Jan. 19, 1926, in Barrville, she was a daughter of the late James A. and Anna C. (Barnes) Norris.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Harry William Young; a daughter, Christine K. Young Ferencz on March 2, 2012; a brother; and five sisters.

Isabelle is survived by: daughter, Deborah Young and husband, Romie D. Young, of Huntingdon; two grandchildren, Edward L. Norris and companion, April Kauffman, of Lewistown, and April J. Reinard and husband, Aaron, of Burnham; and two great-grandchildren, Taylor E. Norris, of Siglerville, and Falynn Eve Reinard, of Burnham.

She was a member of Parkview Church of The Brethren.

Isabelle was employed at Woolworth's 5 and 10 Cent Store in her early days, then later worked at Fisher Electronics for 27 years.

She loved flowers and bird watching.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
