Mary A. Walls

Mary A. Walls, 64, of McClure, passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.

Born June 8, 1954, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Geraldine (Knepper) Arnold.

She is survived by her husband, Charles E. Walls, whom she married in April of 1974; daughters, Andrea L. Walls, of McClure, and Daphne A. Walls and companion, Tom Wray, of McVeytown.

Mary graduated from Penn Highlands Lewistown Campus, Class of 1972.

She was a member of Parkview Church of the Brethren and Women of the Lewistown Moose Family Center 143, Chapter 212.

In her earlier years, she worked at the Chestnut St. Superette, Murphy’s, and Scotties.

She enjoyed crocheting and playing bingo with her friends.  She loved her pets, foxy who preceded her in death and survived by Chippy and Fawnsy

A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Thursday, May 23, 2019, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m., with Rev. Teresa Fink officiating.

Interment will take place at Lind Memorial Cemetery.
