Patricia A. Bingaman, 71, of Lewistown, passed away Friday, October 4, 2019, at her home.
Born October 11, 1947, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Almeda (Edwards) Steele.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Roy Steele, and a sister, Elsie Kauffman.
She is survived by: her husband, Ronald E. Bingaman, Sr., who she married Dec. 31, 1964; children, Tracy S. McGowan, of Lewistown, Ronald E. Bingaman, Jr. and wife, Rebecca, of Middleburg; two grandchildren, Bryann Bingaman, and wife, Jessica, of Williamsport, Amanda McGowan, of Millerstown; one great-grandson Rupert Bingaman; siblings, Betty Snook, of Lewistown, Robert Steele, and wife, Carman, of Lewistown, and Dorothy Wolfe, of Newport.
She attended Chief Logan High School.
Patricia was a member of the Evangel Baptist Church where she helped lead the Awana’s club and boys club, at the church for 33 years.
Patricia was a waitress at Angelo’s for 39 years.
A viewing will be held from 9 to 11 a.m., Tuesday, October 8, 2019, at Evangel Baptist Church, 375 W. 5th St., Lewistown, with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m., with Rev. Bill Howe, Rev. Kurtis Swisher, and Rev. Sean Moon officiating.
Interment will take place at Union Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn.
