Patricia Louise (Strausser) Pearce

Patricia Louise Pearce, 91, formerly of Granville Township, Lewistown, passed away at 10:17 a.m., Thursday, August 29, 2019, at Ohesson Manor, Lewistown.

Born April 7, 1928, in Huntingdon, she was the daughter of the late Harry Fern and Meryl La Rue (Runk) Strausser.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Pearce, Nov. 7, 2010, and her daughter, Deborah L. Burkholder, June 6, 1991.

Patricia is survived by a grandson, Robert M. Burkholder Jr., of South Carolina.

A receiving of friends will be held from 10 to 10:30 a.m., Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan Street, Lewistown.  The procession will depart from the funeral home for a graveside service beginning at 11 a.m., at Juniata Memorial Park, 9010 U.S. Highway 522 South, Lewistown, with Reverend Bernard Carpenter officiating.
