Paula "Polly" Jean Wright

Paula Jean “Polly” Wright, 61, of Lewistown, passed away on Friday, June 29, 2018, at Geisinger- Lewistown Hospital.

Born May 20, 1957, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late James A. and Dorothy J. (Brannon) Speck.

Polly is survived by her husband, Robert P. Wright, of Lewistown, whom she married on June 28, 1986; children, Amanda Lynn Speck, of Lewistown, Jason Michael Wright and wife, Rose, of Lewistown, Zhamauri Jean Wright, of Lewistown; siblings, Carol L. Speck, of Milroy, Linda K. Beer, of Milroy, James A. Speck, of Lewistown; many nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews.

She was a member of the Evangel Baptist Church.

Polly was a Class of 1976 Lewistown High School graduate. She worked for USP, PRN and Public Partnership as a CNA at Ohesson Manor for 24 years, and as a CNA at William Penn. She loved spending time with family and friends. She was an animal lover, liked sewing, shopping, camping and beach trips.

A viewing will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2018, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes Inc., 200 N. Main St., Lewistown (Woodlawn), with a funeral service to follow at 11 a.m, at the funeral home, with Pastor Bill Howe officiating.

Interment will be held at Mattawana Cemetery.
