Celesta Mae Youtzy

Celesta Mae Youtzy, 86, of Milroy, passed away on November 18, 2023, from injuries due to an automobile accident in May.

Born July 22, 1937, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Paul B. and Thelma (Johns) Seitz.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold P. Youtzy Sr.; and five siblings, Gene Seitz, Mahlon E. Seitz, Marlene F. Stewart, Doris L. Seitz, and Paul B. Seitz.

She is survived by her three sons, Harold P. Youtzy Jr., of Minnesota, Anthony D. Youtzy, of Florida, and Joel A. Youtzy, of Lewistown; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and siblings, Judy Bollinger and husband, Douglas, of Lewistown, and Lee Gahagan and wife, Jane, of Burnham.

Celesta was a Chief Logan High School graduate, Class of 1955.

Earlier in life, she worked at The American Viscose Company, then later at Letterkinny Army Depot, and Weis Markets, where she retired.

A memorial service will be held at 2 P.M., Saturday, November 25, 2023, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with Mr. Harold Youtzy Jr. officiating.
