Charles R. Stewart, 60, of Lewistown, went to be with Jesus on Sunday, June 1, 2025, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.

Born on April 29, 1965, in Lewistown, he was the son of Harold Stewart and the late MaryAnn (Guthridge) Stewart. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Teresea Harpster, nephew Cory Harpster and brother-in-law Mark Saxton. He is survived by his son, Curtis Stewart and fiancée, Lacey Yetter; and two grandchildren, Layne and Marceline Stewart; brother and sister Jake (Becky) Stewart and Cathy Saxton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.

He was a hard worker and loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He will be deeply missed by all, his nephews and nieces will fondly remember all of Uncle Chuck’s antics.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, June 9, 2025, at Mount Rock Cemetery, Lewistown, with Buck Carolus officiating.
