Connie L. Swartz

Connie L. Swartz, 59, of McClure, passed away on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.

Born on January 24, 1965, in Grand Rapids, Michigan, she was a daughter of the late Michael F. Barone and Sharon L. (Shurter) Fredenburg; step-father,  Joe Fredenburg.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Noline Morgan.

She is survived by her husband, William Swartz; children, Michael Hegedus and fiancée,  Emily Bonner, of Lewistown, Erin Brown and husband, James, of Alabama; sisters, Dawn Murphy and husband, Michael, and Laurel Wilks and husband, Tim, both of Michigan; several loving nieces and nephews.

Connie was a member of Order of Eastern Star in her younger years.

As a homemaker, a wife, and a mother, she was strong, capable and tireless, always striving to make everything better. She loved her family and enjoyed going on outings fishing and camping.

A private celebration of Life will be held a later date.
