Dale M. (Shipe) Hetrick, 69, of Lewistown, passed away at her home Sunday, May 1, 2022.
Born September 16, 1952, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Vaughn and Clara Shipe.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Hetrick; and her brothers and sisters. Dale was the last of her immediate family.
She worked in the shipping department for Custom Chrome.
There will be no services per her request.
Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
