Dana R. Stine, 59, of Granville, passed away Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at William Penn Nursing and Rehabilitation.

Born October 30, 1965, she was the daughter of Darwin G. Fultz and Barbara M. (Greer) Fultz.

She was preceded in death by her siblings; Steven E. Fultz, Daniel E. (Rick) Fultz, Darla E. Fultz and sister-in-law, Brenda L. Fultz.

Dana is survived by her companion, Tom Gutelius; sons, Brian Stine and wife Jennifer of Granville, and Derrick Stine of Granville; grandchildren, Braden and Seth Stine, and Cole Stine; siblings, Timothy Fultz and wife Kathy of Lewistown, Darwin E. “Bub” Fultz of Lewistown, and Mike W. Fultz and wife Joann of Granville; sister-in-law Brenda K. Fultz.

For more than three decades, Dana dedicated herself as a CNA at Lewistown Hospital, forming lasting bonds and cherishing the friendships she made with her colleagues throughout her career. She enjoyed the people she worked with. She also spent time working at Wilson Meat and Groceries.

There will be a viewing from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan Street, Lewistown.
