David R. Kaufman

David R. Kaufman, 63, of Lewistown, passed away on Monday, August 4, 2025, at his residence.

Born November 14, 1961, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Dr. Robert L. Kaufman and Marjorie A. (Warrick) Kaufman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin J. Kaufman.

He is survived by his sister, Juliette Martin, of Lewistown, and a nephew, Trevor Martin, of Lewistown.

Dave was a 1979 graduate of Lewistown High School.

He was an avid Penn State fan and possessed a deep and comprehensive knowledge of various sports.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Monday, August 11, 2025, at Juniata Memorial Park, with Rev. Daniel Stegeman officiating.

Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.
