Debrah D. Smith, 86, of Lewistown, passed away Friday, June 21, 2024, at William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born September 19, 1937, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Luella M. (Reigle) Kotyo.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd E. Smith.

She is survived by her children, Kimbrah L. Wagner, of Lewistown, Danielle M. Reed and husband, Mark, of McClure, Nathan J. Smith and wife, Jane, of Lewistown; five grandchildren, Tiffany Shockey and husband, Ben, Lindsay Wagner, Nicole Parson and husband, Kyle, Jonathan Reed and wife, Alina, Jessica Reed and wife, Erin; four great-grandchildren, Gavin, Olivia, Adrienne, and Miles.

She was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church.

Debrah was a Lewistown High School graduate, Class of 1956.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
