Donna Jean (Boreman) Carolus

Donna Jean Carolus, 73, of Burnham, passed away at 3:40 p.m., Thursday, November 4, 2021, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.          

Born Nov. 25, 1947, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Donna Jean (Powell) Boreman, and stepdaughter of the late Peggy Boreman.     

Donna is survived by: husband, Richard E. Carolus, whom she married April 20, 1968; son, Brent E. Carolus and companion, Kelly Aumiller, of Lewistown; grandchildren, Alexis and Javian Carolus; siblings, Gloria McCallips and husband, George, of Belleville, and Rick Boreman and wife, Lori, of Reedsville; and very special niece, Mary McCallips.

Donna graduated from Lewistown High School, Class of 1965.  

She was a member of Lewistown Assembly of God Church.  Donna enjoyed quilting.   

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2021, at Juniata Memorial Park, 9010 US Highway 522 South, Lewistown, with Pastor Kenneth Meyer officiating.     

Hoenstine Funeral Home, Lewistown, is in charge of arrangements.
