Doris J. McKee, 91, of Lewistown, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 17, 2026, at Greenwood Village with her family by her side.

Born April 15, 1934, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy (Reed) Allenbaugh.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Hugh E. McKee Jr.; an infant daughter; and a brother, C. Thomas Allenbaugh.

She is survived by four children to whom she was a wonderful mother, Timothy E. McKee (Tracy), Leann Fisher, James M. McKee (Sherri) and Jennifer Harpster (Matthew); six grandchildren who she adored, Kraig, Matthew, Travis, Sonnie, Kaitlyn and Cade; and 12 great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Mancino; sister-in-law, Ruth Allenbaugh; brother-in-law, Daniel Pursel.

Doris was a devoted member of Grace Covenant Church. She cherished both her church and her family deeply.

For 25 years, Doris worked as a school bus driver for Fisher Brothers, continuing until she was 80 years old.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing cards, and going to camp. Doris was a strong woman of faith, dearly loved by those around her, and she will be deeply missed.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
