Ella May Condron, 90 years young, and a lifelong resident in Burnham, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, October 24, 2023.
Born on November 2, 1932, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late William L. and Olive (Campbell) Engle.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Grant H. Condron; a daughter, Linda (Bush) Bowser.; and two sisters, Dory Trout and Karen Engle.
She is survived by; three sons, Stewart Bush and wife, Helen, of Buckeye, AZ, Keith Bush and wife, Linda, of Shippensburg, Mark Bush and, Clare Sager, of St. Petersburg, FL; and a brother, William Engle, of Harrisburg; eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and nine great-great-grandchildren.
Ella was a member of the Assembly of God Church Ministries.
She was a Burnham Bulldog from Burnham High School, a lifelong homemaker and poodle caretaker. She loved her work that she performed at the Juniata Valley YMCA and William Penn nursing home.
Ella May loved her family, neighbors, and circle of friends, as well as her french poodle, Mickey. She loved keeping up with the current events, meticulously decorating for each season, watching cowboy movies and the comedy channels, and traveling the world from her easy chair on her smartphone.
The family would like to thank the staff and doctors of the Lewistown Hospital, the Area on Aging, Greenway Pharmacy, Meals-On-wheels, and all those that took the time to see to her daily, weekly, and monthly needs.
A celebration of life and a graveside service will take place at a later date.
