Glenn E. Stover

Glenn E. Stover, 64, of Lewistown, passed away Thursday, November 25, 2021, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.

Born June 12, 1957, in Bellefonte, he was a son of the late John Stover, Mary (Boob) Haines, and stepfather, Whorten Haines Sr.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by several brothers.

He is survived by; siblings, Carl Haines and wife, Judy, of Lewistown, Ronald Haines and wife, Melissa, of Lewistown, James Haines, of Milroy, Alice Stover, of Texas, Margaret Peck and husband, Donald, of Mifflintown, Gilbert Stover of Petersburg, Whorten E. Haines, Jr., of Mount Joy, Mary Minium and husband, George, Jr., of McAlisterville, Boyd Haines, of Lewistown, Susan M. Henry and companion, Glenn O. Kephart Sr., of Lewistown, Kevin Haines, of Lewistown, and Jerry Haines and companion, Samantha Kratzer, of Lewistown; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Glenn was a graduate of Bellefonte High School.

He was employed at Empire Kosher where he retired after 18 years of service.

Glenn loved watching classic western movies. He enjoyed playing games and helping others.

A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Emmanuel Reformed and Lutheran Cemetery, Tusseyville, PA.

Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
