Joshua L. Metz

Joshua L. Metz, 41, of McVeytown, passed away Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at his home. 
Born January 20, 1981, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Lisa J. (Harpster) Metz and David K. Metz, who survives. 
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Rolston and Jenny Harpster; and paternal grandparents, Clyde E. and Joan Metz; siblings, Alichia Chandler, and Jeremy D.  Metz. 
In addition to his father, he is survived by; step- mother, Jodene C. Metz; and siblings, Jonathan Hartley, of Mass., Joshua Kline and wife, Olivia, of Mount Union, Jessica Kline, of Lewistown and Gracelyn Metz, Lillian Metz, Addlyn Metz, of McVeytown. 
He attended Lewistown Area High School. 
Josh was employed by W. Ross Construction, in McClure. 
He enjoyed going fishing, building houses, carpentry, working on cars and anything mechanical. 
A receiving of friends and family will be held from 5 to 7 p.m., on Monday, November 28, 2022, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
