Kim M. Mesmer, 61, of Lewistown, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.
Born June 27, 1963, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Ruth Viola (Weaver) Kahley and Thomas A. Frymyer, who survives.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her children, Melinda S. Forbes and companion, Demetrus Flanigan, of Lewistown, Norma Jean Naugle and wife, Tiffany Naugle, of Claysburg, Orrie Robert Mesmer, of Lewistown; eight grandchildren, Steve, Jarelle, and Tanasia Forbes, Malakai Wheeler, Kamia Mesmer, Betty Mesmer, Julie Williams, and Joy Mesmer; brothers, Timmy Frymyer and wife, Lori, of Belleville, John Frymyer and wife Jemilla, of Richfield, Rodney Frymyer and wife, Juniata, of Lewistown; many loving nieces and nephews.
Kim was a member of VFW Post 7011.
She attended Lewistown High School and later obtained her G.E.D.
Kim worked at The Trolley Car Cafe as a cook.
She enjoyed going to playing bingo, and doing crossword puzzles. She loved her family, her cats and anything unicorn.
A viewing will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, July 8, 2024, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown, with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m., with Pastor Randy Traxler officiating.
Interment will be held at Salem Cemetery.
