Linda M. Walters, 76, of Lewistown, passed away Friday, August 29, 2025, at William Penn Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.

Born February 6, 1949, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of Carl F. and Mary G. (Edgin) Royer.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. ‘Bill’ Walters on June 27, 2025.

She is survived by her son, Chadd W. Walters and fiancée Gwen Brought, of Lewistown; grandchildren, Kassondra Walters and Macayla Walters; siblings, Carl G. Royer and companion, Nancy Duncan, Connie K. Yoder and companion, Jimmy King, Brian Lee Royer and wife, Melissa, all of Lewistown.

Linda was a 1967 graduate of Rothrock High School.

She had a long and dedicated career as a professional cake decorator and supervisor at Weis Markets, retiring after 40 years of service.

She was devoted to her family and her dog, Chance. Her interests included reading, gardening, and attending the Bloomsburg Fair.

A viewing will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., Friday, September 5, 2025, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn, with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m., with Pastor Josh Randolph officiating.

Interment will be held at Juniata Memorial Park.
