Marti Jo Blackburn, 57, of Harrisburg, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.
Born on January 10, 1967, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of Donald E. Adair Jr. and Nancy Kay (Kline) Adair, who survive.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her companion, Philip Baker, of Belleville; and a sister, Diane R. Adair and companion, Steve Wagner, of Yeagertown.
She was a member of Granville United Methodist Church.
Marti was a 1985 graduate of Lewistown High School.
Earlier in life, she worked at Jamesway and Havice’s. She worked in customer service and as a cashier at Giant Food Stores in Burnham.
Marti loved spending time with her family and friends and was an animal lover, especially her cats.
A receiving of friends will be held from 10 to 11 a.m., Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with a memorial service to follow at 11 a.m., with Pastor Kim Cartwright officiating.
Interment will take place at Juniata Memorial Park.
