Michael T. Aultz, 58, of Lewistown, passed away Tuesday, May 7, 2024, after a long battle with cancer. He fought hard to stay with his family as long as possible.
Born September 20, 1965, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Robert and Sara (Martin) Aultz.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Lori Lehman, and brother, Steven Aultz.
He is survived by his children, Judas Aultz, of Lewistown, and Caleb Bernstein and wife, Kristin, of Mifflintown; siblings, Sharon Taylor, of Lewistown, Robert Aultz and wife, Joyce, of Ryde, Bonnie Dundon and husband, Ken, of Clymer, New York, Cindy Aultz, of McVeytown, Randy Aultz and wife, Christine, of Spartansburg, and Meloney Specht and husband, John, of McVeytown; and a sister-in-law, Rhonda Aultz, of Spartansburg.
Michael was a 1983 graduate of Lewistown High School.
He worked at Overhead Door, and he worked as a weatherization technician for seda-cog. He worked in many buildings doing construction and carpentry work.
He enjoyed going fishing and camping at his river lot and Raystown Lake. He loved his family and his cats, and a dog, Whitey. He enjoyed being around people and having conversations. He is loved and will be greatly missed by his family and all his loving friends. He liked to donate to St. Judes Children’s Hospital.

A receiving of friends and family will be held from 2 pm to 4 pm, Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.
