Nancy J. Graham

Nancy J. Graham, 78, of State College, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2024, at Celebration Village of Nittany Valley.

Born October 15, 1945, in Indianola, Allegheny County, she was the daughter of the late Ned and Lillian (Hanlon) Duncan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Graham Sr., who she married Sept. 18, 1965; sisters, Hazel Baptiste, Stella Trusiak, and Patty Foss.

She is survived by; children, Melissa J. Johnson and husband, Randy, of Virginia, John H. Graham Jr. and wife, Stacia, Oklahoma; five grandchildren, Sean Johnson, Matthew Johnson and companion, Kelly Hogan, Nick Johnson,  Jakob Graham, Rachel Mouyos and husband, Tanner; a great-granddaughter, Scarlett; two siblings, Eleanor Urban, of Evans City, PA , and Ned Duncan, of Butler.

Nancy was a graduate of Mars High School, Class of 1963.

She worked as a seamstress at Arrow Shirt Factory.

She enjoyed playing Bingo at the Moose. She helped and volunteered with Lewistown High School Band and Boy Scouts.

A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 5, 2024 at the funeral home, with Rev. Stephanie Rupert officiating.

Interment will take place at Lind Memorial Cemetery.
