Nancy Jane Gusky, 81, formerly of Lewistown, passed away at 4:06 a.m., Wednesday, October 31, 2018, at Locust Grove Retirement Village, Mifflin.
Born Nov. 4, 1936, in Naginey (Milroy), she was a daughter of the late Charles Fultz Sr. and Cora Mae (Arnold) Fultz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Thomas Gusky Jr.; an infant son; and siblings, Betty Lyter, Dorothy Gentzel, Charles Fultz and William R. Fultz.
Nancy is survived by: her children, Teresa Spigelmyer and husband, Richard, of Lewistown, and Darlene Pannebaker and husband, Alan, of McClure; sisters, Lucy Krot, of Millerstown, and Sarah Pheasant and husband, Ned, of Richfield; two grandchildren, Alan Pannebaker Jr. and wife, Holly, and Amber Pannebaker; and great-grandchildren, Noah, Liam and Adin Brannon, and Loralie Pannebaker.
She was an Armagh-Brown High School graduate.
She was a member of Lewistown Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses for more than 30 years.
In her earlier years, Nancy worked as a nursing assistant. She was a loyal and avid fan of Joe Paterno and Nittany Lions football. She had a great love for all her grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2018, at the Juniata Memorial Park Chapel, 9010 U.S. Highway 522 South, Lewistown, followed by a committal service at 11 a.m., officiated by Brother Kurt McKinney.
Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown, is in charge of arrangements.
