Nancy J. McCombie, 90, of Lewistown, passed away, Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at her home.

Born November 4, 1934, in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of the late Earl and Hazel (Walls) Barnett.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Carl L. McCombie.

She is survived by; children, Carla Jean Franckowiak and husband, Gene, of Mohnton and Byron B. McCombie and wife, Lee Ann, of Lewistown.

Nancy was a member of the Rhodes Memorial United Methodist Church.

Early in life, Nancy worked at Sylvania in Emporium, later becoming an LPN and worked for 13 years at Lewistown Hospital. 

Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Burnham.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nancy’s memory to a Charity of one’s choice.
