Patricia Sue Wagner, 73, of Lewistown, passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at Valley View Haven (Memory Lane) in Belleville.
Born on April 10, 1952, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late James T. and Martha K. (Thomas) Egan.
She is survived by her children, Michelle Terry and husband, Marc, of Lewistown, Matthew R. Wagner and wife, Tiffany, of Doylestown; grandchildren, Ethan A. Terry and wife, Elizabeth, Ryan J. Terry, Alden Wagner, and Genevieve Wagner, and one on the way; great-grandchild, Miles A. Terry; siblings, Jane E. Smith, of Lewistown, James P. Egan; many loving nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews.
She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, and was on the board at NuVisions Center.
Patricia was a graduate of Lewistown Granville High School, Class of 1970.
She worked in the Finance Department at Philips Ultrasound. Early on in life she worked at Berney Ford as well as a Lifeguard at Rec Park Pool.
She loved spending time with her family and adventures with her friends; as a child she enjoyed her time attending Girl Scout camp at Camp Barree and childhood fun with close friends on the West End. For over 40 years she enjoyed playing pinochle with her card club friends, she also enjoyed traveling, crossword puzzles and dancing.
The family will receive friends from11:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., Friday, November 7, 2025, with a Celebration of Life to follow at 11:30 a.m., at St John’s Lutheran Church, 120 N. Main St., Lewistown, with Pastor Allen Hulslander officiating.
Private interment will be held at St. Mark’s Columbarium, 21 S. Main St., Lewistown.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 120 N Main St, Lewistown, PA 17044.
Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.
