Patsy G. Wilson

Patsy G. Wilson, 83, went into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by her loving husband and children, Tuesday, November 7, 2023, at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville.

Born November 21, 1939, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Joseph G. McNally Sr. and Pauline R. (Conley) McNally.

In addition to her parents, she was preceeded in death by a son, Andy J. Wilson.

She is survived by her husband, Larry J. Wilson Sr., whom she married on June 24, 1957; children, Jane M. Westover and husband, Michael, of Lewistown, Pam S. Hunter and husband, Ron, of McClure, Wendi G. Holland and husband, Guy, of Reading, Larry J. Wilson Jr. and wife, Darla, of Virginia; daughter-in-law, Melissa A. Wilson, of McClure; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; siblings, Joseph G. McNally Jr. and wife, Rebecca, of South Carolina, Jackie A. Getz and husband, Denny, of Lewistown; brother-in-law, Robert Rush and wife, Ruth, of McClure; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Patsy was a member of Paintersville C&MA Church.

She was a Lewistown High School graduate, Class of 1957.

In early years, she worked at the Walnut St. Minit Mart, and would volunteer at William Penn nursing home. She was a homemaker and a loving mother of five whose life was centered around family.

She took part in the Seniors Bowling League. She enjoyed lunches with her girlfriends from her graduating class.

A viewing will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Paintersville C&MA Church, 3195 Back Maitland Road, Lewistown, with a funeral service to follow at 2 p.m., with Pastor Sherman Stoltzfus officiating.

Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
