Pearl Arlene Geissinger

Pearl Arlene Geissinger, 85, passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024, at home

Born  August 19, 1938, in Decatur, she was the daughter of the late Clair H. and Delilah (Arnold) Knepp.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Geissinger, whom passed on April 4, 2006; siblings, Loren, Floyd, Elwood Knepp, and Joyce Fisher.

She is survived by her son, Scott Geissinger; three grandchildren; a nephew, Mark Fisher and wife, Mary; numerous loving nieces and nephews.

Pearl was a member of St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church in Alfarata.

She worked at Arrow Shirt Factory and was a homemaker most of her life.

Pearl enjoyed volunteering at the Salvation Army, going to yard sales, and loved cats.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, March 6, 2023 at Juniata Memorial Park Cemetery, 9010 US-522, Lewistown, PA 17044, Mr. Rick Knepp officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Pearl’s memory to: St. Marks Evangelical Lutheran Church, 573 Alfarata Rd, Lewistown, PA 17044 or Salvation Army, 9 S. Dorcas St, Lewistown, PA 17044.

Arrangements are under the care of Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, 108 First Ave., Burnham, PA 17009.
