Penny Deshane Goss, 55, of Lewistown, passed away Monday, May 20, 2024, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.

Born May 17, 1969, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Ronald Kurtz and Deborah (Duck) Kurtz, who survives.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Cindy Kurtz and Troy E. Kurtz.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Andrew D. Goss, of Belleville; children, Joshua Kurtz, Laci Sellers, both of Lewistown; grandchildren, Jack Bottorff-Kurtz, Peyton Sellers, Landon Kurtz, Riley Sellers, Troy R. Kurtz, William Sellers III, Carlayah Gerringer, and Noah Gerringer; siblings, Ruth Kurtz, and Genean Hayes, both of Lewistown.

Penny was a member of Barrville Mennonite Church.

She attended Chief Logan High School.

Penny was very active in her church. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She enjoyed going to play bingo and liked to volunteer her time at the Decatur and Reedsville Firehouses.

Services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
