Obituary

Randy L. Reeder, 67, of McClure, passed away at 2 p.m., Friday, April 21, 2023, at his home.

Born Aug. 31, 1955, in Mount Union, he was a son of the late Frank and Dorothy (Carl) Reeder.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Linda Reeder.

He is survived by: wife, Debra Kay (Setzler) Reeder; daughters, Randi L. Reeder, of McClure, and Ashley Reeder, of Lewistown; four grandchildren who he adored; siblings, Sharon Semple and husband, Ron, of Mount Union, Frank Reeder and wife, Wilma, of Mill Creek, Dave Reeder, of Mill Creek, and John Reeder and wife, Paula, of Mount Union; and many nieces and nephews.

Randy was a self-employed tree trimmer, and previously worked for Asplundh Tree Expert Company and Empire Kosher.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1375 Martin Street, Suite 206, State College, PA 16803.

Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan Street, Lewistown, is in charge of arrangements.
