Richard R. Huffman, Sr.

Richard R. Huffman Sr., 73, of Lewistown, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2020, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.

Born July 26, 1946, in Granville, he was a son of the late Jesse L. and Cinderella (Watts) Huffman.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Surviving are: his wife, Mary (Forshey) Huffman, whom he married in May 1977; sons, Richard R. Huffman Jr. and husband, Timothy Hutchins, of Clarks Summit, and Jesse Huffman and wife, Tanza, of Lewistown; grandchildren, Kyle, Layna, Faith, and Tyler Huffman; and siblings, Linda, Donald and James Huffman, all of Lewistown.

He graduated from Lewistown High School.

He was an Army veteran who served during Vietnam.

Richard was employed in the maintenance department at Walmart.

He loved spending time with his family and enjoyed tinkering with and repairing cars.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
