Robert W. (Bob) Eward Jr., 64, of McClure, passed peacefully at home on May 31, 2025.

Born July 27, 1960, in Geary, Kansas. He was married 41 years to Beth Marie (Wray) Eward.

Bob was the son of the late Janice E. (Fultz) Eward and Robert W. (Patricia) Eward Sr., who survive.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his son, Benjamin O. Eward.

Besides his wife and father, he is survived by his brother, Joseph L. Eward, of Lancaster; step-sister, Julie Graham and husband, Jeff, of Monasses, VA.

Bob was a Jehovah’s Witness and attended the Lewistown Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

He was a 1978 graduate of Chief Logan High School.

Bob worked as a CNC machinist at Case New Holland, where he retired in 2018.

He truly loved his family, his in-laws, nieces and nephews often visiting them and cherishing their company; and his dog Benji. He enjoyed woodworking, landscaping,  and riding his motorcycle.

A private family memorial service will be held at 2 pm, Sunday, June 15, 2025, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 1125 US-522 N., Lewistown, PA 17044.

Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
