Robert E. Johnson, Jr., of Lewistown, passed away June 26, 2025, at his home in Lewistown.

Born October 30, 1947, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Robert E. Johnson, Sr. and Mary (Carter) Johnson.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his companion, Catherine Gearhart.

He is survived by his children, Tina Johnson Hollingsworth and husband, J.D. Reynolds, of Texas, Marc Johnson and wife, Kari, of Texas; step-daughters, Joann Carolus and husband, Larry, of Lewistown, Dawn Williams and husband, Joe, of Yeagertown; four grandchildren; four-great-grandchildren; six step-grandchildren, Tyler Carolus and companion Kylie, Jessica Bailor and husband, Adam, Anthony Allen, Nick Carolus, Courtney Allen and companion, Noah Black, Hunter Carolus; nine-step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Barb Bubb, Darla Johnson, Maurice ‘Butch’  Johnson and Beverly Eby.

He was a Lewistown High School graduate, Class of 1967.

Robert was a United States Marine Corps veteran.

Robert was a Life Member of the Brooklyn Hose Company No. 3 in Lewistown.

He worked at Overhead Door for several years.

One of his favorite things to do was going to Wal-Mart.

Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
