Scott A. Fultz, 51, of Reedsville, passed away Friday, October 16, 2020.
Born Feb. 14, 1969, in Lewistown, he was a son of the late Donald L. ‘Sonny’ and Charlotte Elaine (Bohn) Fultz.
He is survived by; wife, Nancy L. (Hoover) Fultz, of Reedsville; daughters, Megan Fultz and companion, Matt, of Homer City, McKenna Fultz, of Johnstown; grandchildren, Bryar, Brady, and Rosealynn; brothers, Danny L. Fultz and wife, Karyn, of Carlisle, Dane L. Fultz, of Lewistown; nieces, Erica, Alyssa, and Alexandria; best friends, Tom Fallon and wife, Linda, of Lewistown.
Scott was a graduate of Lewistown High School and went on to further his education at HACC.
He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Lewistown, Lewistown Loyal Order of Moose Chapter 212, Yeagertown Fire House, VFW Post 7011, and the Milroy Legion.
He was employed as the site IT Operations Manager at Philips Ultrasound for 25 years.
Scott enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved music, camping, and riding his Harley. He was a big Ohio State fan and Phillies fan.
A graveside service will be held at 4 p.m., on Friday, October 23, 2020, at Mount Rock Cemetery, with Pastor Randy Traxler officiating.
Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
