Serafina Needham

Serafina Needham, 54, formerly of New Jersey, passed away on July 26, 2026, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital. Born February 20, 1972, in Corona, New York, she was the daughter of Susan (Gilchrist) Milan, who preceded her in death, and Bruno Vagnini, who survives.

Sera is survived by her fiancé, Jody L. Druckemiller of Milroy; her children — Sean Ingino (Kaitlyn) of South Carolina, Chasity Clinger (Anthony) of Lewistown, Michael Ingino of Milroy, and Jacquilan “Lynni” Needham of Lewistown; grandchildren Madi, Haylie, Parker, Levi, Gabby, Bella, Benjamin, Merida, and Anthony. She is also survived by her brother, Aldo Vagnini (Jess) of Honesdale.

She worked at the Uni-Mart in Milroy and was known for her love of spending time with her children and grandchildren. Sera had a generous spirit and especially enjoyed helping with fundraisers, including supporting Angels of Bigfoot Country.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., Lewistown.
