Sharon Specht Obituary

Sharon Kay Specht, 71, of Lewistown, passed away at 5:33 p.m., Saturday, June 4, 2022, at Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital.

Born May 17, 1951, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late George “Manny” and Jean (Stewart) Reinhart.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her daughter, Teena Specht; brothers, Barry, Rocky, Vernon and Randy Reinhart; and brother-in-law, Mike Gibson.

Sharon is survived by: sons, Gary Specht and wife, Lori, of Port Royal, and Derek Wilt and wife, Ashley, of McClure; nine grandchildren, Skylar and Summer Specht, Chris Dippery, Trisha Dippery and fiancé, Charles McKinney, Derek Wilt Jr., Gracie and Chase Arnold, and Bristol and Dax Wilt; great-grandchild, Onyx McKinney; sisters, Debra Price and husband, Rick, of Lewistown, Pamela Gibson, of McClure, and Cindy Brower and husband, Steve, of McClure; and many nieces and nephews.

She was a graduate of Westinghouse Memorial High School in Wilmerding.

Sharon was a member of the Lewistown Owl’s Club and enjoyed camping in Shirleysburg.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, Woodlawn, 200 North Main Street, Lewistown, is in charge of arrangements.
