Tammie Hetrick Obituary
Tammie L. Hetrick, 61, formerly of Lewistown, passed away Saturday, November 13, 2021, at Brookline Manor in Mifflintown.
Born May 1, 1960, in Wichita Falls, Texas, she was a daughter of the late Samuel L. Hetrick, Sr. and Amy (Becker) Hetrick.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by; siblings, Barbara Trutt, Ronald Hetrick, and Samuel Hetrick.
She is survived by; children, Shiloh Monroe, of Lewistown, and Loralei L. Monroe and companion, Grant Fornwalt, of Middletown; grandchildren, Carlos M. Mendez, Sr., Aubrey Lynn Ross, Layla Tallon, Marc Anthony Stoner, and Gavin Miller.
She attended Chief Logan High School.
No services are to be held.
