Tammy A. Bulick, 57, of Lewistown, passed away at 8:50 p.m., Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville. 

Born May 6, 1958 in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late John and Nancy (Bell) Dubendorf.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Theresa Dubendorf.

She is survived by: her sons, Jason Bulick, of Red Lion, and Eric Parker and wife, Johanna, of Granville; a grandson, Harley Harshbarger, of McVeytown; a brother, Johnny Dubendorf, Jr.; nephews, Zach Leister and wife, Ashley, of Lewistown and their son Colton, and Zane Sherwood, of McClure. 

Tammy attended Chief Logan High School.

She was part-owner of the Log Cabin Inn.

She loved nature and the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, camping by the river, going for rides in the mountains and going to the races.     

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 24 at Maitland Church of The Brethren, 315 Crossover Dr., Lewistown, with Rev. Charles Eldredge officiating. 

A viewing will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday March 23, at Heller-Hoenstine (Woodlawn) Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.

Interment will take place at Maitland COB Cemetery.
