Teresa Katherine Farleman, 68, of Lewistown, passed away on Friday, December 6, 2024, at Greenwood Village.
Born on September 4, 1956, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Katherine (Hunt) Miller.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Benjamin Folk; and a sister-in-law, Pam Miller.
She is survived by her children, Carrie S. Folk, of Lewistown, Dennis Smith Jr. and wife, Lori, of Lewistown, Carlena Leonard and husband, Ray, of Mattawana; grandchildren, Tagen Folk and Renesmee Wiebner; siblings, Paul Miller, Earl Miller, Madeline Solt and wife, Terri, Randy Miller, and Jewel Nguyen.
Teresa attended both Granville U.M.C. and grove Memorial U.M.C.
She attended Chief Logan High School.
In her earlier years, she worked at Jamesway, K-Mart and lastly at Trinity Packaging.
She loved her family and church. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting.
A viewing will be held from 10:30 – 11:30 a.m., on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, 108 First Ave., Burnham, with a funeral service to follow at 11:30 a.m., with Reverend Teresa Fink officiating.
Interment will take place at Juniata Memorial Park.
