Virginia Louise Weaver, 77, of Juniata Terrace, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025, at home surrounded by her family.
Born September 19, 1947, in Lewistown, she was the daughter of the late George W. and Virginia M. (Hess) Bickhart.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, George W. Bickhart, and Ronald E. Bickhart Sr.
She is survived by her husband, Ellsworth E. Weaver of 59 years; children, Troy E. Weaver, Penny E. Ferguson and companion, Clifford Peffer, both of Lewistown; grandchildren, Derek J. Weaver and wife, Karrie, Shawna L. Dandridge and husband, P.J., Bradley S. Ferguson and wife, Maggie; great-grandchildren, Jackson Weaver, Mylah Weaver, Jaxon Espigh, Kennedy Ferguson; and a sister, Madeline Huffnagle, of Lewistown.
Virginia was a member of Lake Park UMC, where she was active in Mission Central, Matthew: 25
She was a 1965 graduate of Lewistown High School. She was an active member of the Powder Puff team.
Virginia worked at Fishers Electronics for of 30 years.
She was a Philadelphia Phillies and Penn State sports fan.
A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2025, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, Woodlawn, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, May 24, 2025, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Home, 200 N. Main St., Lewistown, with Pastor Randy Traxler officiating.
Interment will be held at Juniata Memorial Park.
