Wanda Faye Fisher, 77, of Lewistown, passed away Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
Born June 26, 1942, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late Floyd L. and Elveretta J. (Koontz) Traxler.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Milford O. Fisher, Jr.; a stepson M. Daryl Fisher; and a brother, Darrel L. Traxler.
She is survived by: children, Michael O. Fisher and wife, Lou Ann, of Granville, Brett L. Fisher and wife, Lisa, of Lewistown; stepson, Robert Fisher and wife, Peg, of Reedsville; siblings, Ronald A. Traxler, of Lewistown, Susan E. Shehan, of Lewistown; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
She attended Granville Brethren in Christ Church.
Wanda was a highly creative and skillful person who enjoyed working on crafts, crocheting, and sewing clothing. She was a self-taught seamstress who often made or fixed clothing for friends and family.
A receiving of friends will be held from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, May 28, 2020, at Hoenstine Funeral Home, 75 Logan St., with a memorial service at 7 p.m., with Pastor Barb Mannino officiating.
Interment will be private at the convenience of the family at Pleasant View Cemetery.
