William H. ‘Billy’ Palm, 61, of Lewistown, passed away on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Geisinger Lewistown Hospital.

Born May 20, 1964, in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Franklin R. Palm and Marie (Reichley) Palm, who survives.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Marie Palm in 2024; and a brother, Joseph Palm.

He is survived by; stepdaughter, Krystal M. Clayton, of Mountlake Terrace, WA; brothers, Frank Palm, Jerry Palm and wife, Sheila Michael, both of Lewistown, James Palm, of Mapleton Depot.

Billy was a member of several organizations, including City Hook and Ladder, Brooklyn, VFW, Fame, and the American Legion.

A memorial service will be held at City Hook and Ladder at a later date.
